The view from our room was like a postcard, every morning I'd sit in the wooden rocking chair just soaking it all in. The breakfasts were a feast, with fresh options and even an omelette station that had me coming back for seconds each time.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

I didn't feel like leaving, spent good time and recommend. The hotel was fancy and unusual, and the staff were superbly friendly, really enjoyed the particularly good location near to the Laggus restaurant, the surrounding mountains and gardens lovely. I had a varied and extensive breakfast with blue cheese and greasy food, for example in the restaurant. I had a decent sized room with a shuttle bus system as well as a king bed and everything was first-class. Very efficient service was provided here. They offered free coffee in the reception.

Had a lovely time enjoying the fine views from our spacious Honeymoon Suite and the relaxing jacuzzi by the pool. The food surpassed my expectations and the massage at the spa was just what I needed to unwind. Only downside was the reliance on shuttles to get around the big hotel, so be prepared for that 😊

The views at this old-fashioned hotel were absolutely stunning. Location: the venue was near to the restaurant for 3 days, both restaruants and Monteverde attractions such as zip lining and hanging bridges. And it's at a short distance from The Green Restaurant, ate there once or twice. Tbh, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on vacation.

decent stay but some important details need improvement
The huge green area provided enjoyable nature walks. The amenities like the pools and gym were nice but could be better maintained. I appreciated the mountain view from my room, amazing and lovely to wake up to.
The overall experience felt somewhat lacking in attention to detail.

The reasons I'm conflicted
The amazing views from the balcony were mind-blowing! Plus, the variety of exciting activities offered kept us entertained throughout our stay.
The large scale of the hotel created some logistical hassles, and the noise levels from other guests disrupted our peace.
